Series Objectives

Upon completion of this series,
attendees should be able to:
  • Discuss the most current scientific literature on the pathogenesis of gastrointestinal and liver diseases.
  • Describe the inter-relationship between new advances in basic scientific research and clinical features in daily practice.
  • Apply evidence-based approach to construct treatment strategies.
Intended Audience

This series is intended for gastroenterology fellows, gastroenterologists, physicians in practice, and other health-care providers who treat patients with digestive diseases and hepatobiliary diseases.

Accreditation

The University of Washington School of Medicine is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

The University of Washington School of Medicine designates this educational activity for a maximum of 130 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
