CME On-Site: How to Participate

Course Attendance
  • Particpation is at your convenience, based on your time and interest.
  • Visit our Calendar of Events for details on session dates, times, speakers, and lecture titles.
  • Calendar of events is posted on a regular basis, with tentative dates scheduled up to six months in advance.
  • Check back often for finalized dates and times.
Attendance Verification
  • When you choose to attend a course, check in with the CME Coordinator at the registration desk.
  • Don't forget to sign-in!
  • A valid signature on the sign-in sheet is required to receive credit for your attendance.
  • Pick up an evaluation form and any available course materials.
  • Your feedback is valuable. Please complete an evaluation form.
  • Your assessment, comments and suggestions are used to improve the curriculum for future courses
Credit Certification
  • Our administrative staff will be tracking your attendance and the credits that you earn.
  • At any time, you may request a non-certified report of your CME activities. See
    Help & Support.
  • For series participation, you will receive a full credit report and a credit verification form at the end of the series.
  • Complete and sign the credit verification form to certify the number of hours you actually spent in the course indicated by the form.
  • An administration fee will be due at the end of the series, payable to the University of Washington, in order to process your credits.
  • A certificate will be issued to you approximately two weeks after submittal of your credit verification form and payment.
  • Many of our single course events do not require an administration fee. Simply sign-in at the event to verify your attendance, and you will be issued a certificate in approximately two weeks.
