PNWGS Meet the Professor
Evening Program: 2012 Series
Thank you for supporting PNWGS! Your membership dues are a very important part of
our annual operating budget. From being able to invite nationally known speakers
to maintaining our presence at high-quality venues, such as the Harbor Club in
Downtown Seattle and the Hyatt at Olive 8 for our new one-day course, your $200
dues help us to successfully host our annual program.
The cost of your membership dues covers the following:
- 4 Evening Dinners ($100 Each)
- 1 Full-Day Endoscopy Course ($100)
- 13.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ ($50)
- Total Package Value: $550 - You Save $350

button to download our membership dues payment form. Complete the form and fax, mail or
email the form to the PNWGS Coordinator listed below. If sending a check, please make it

Membership is free for fellows in training and retirees.
We now have the ability to accept credit card payments on-site at any of our events.
If you have not yet paid your dues, please be prepared to bring a check or pay
with a credit card at the next session you attend. Members who choose to attend the
series in an รก la carte fashion will be charged $100 per dinner session and $100 for
the full-day endoscopy course.
